This is a very important  area  at the ccc department where   all clients pass  through. Vital  observations are done  ie temperature ,pulse ,blood  pressure, Height and respiration .height is done once for adults and at every  visit  for all the children .Filtering for those who are unwell and require investigations ,those for drug  pickup and those for counseling is done .
